The Student Leadership development in SGS focuses on grooming every SGSian to be Confident and Compassionate Leaders, leveraging on the strengths of Uniformed Groups.

The 3 main tiers of leaders are Beginning Leaders, Action Leaders and Inspirational Leaders, each formed of categories of students as listed in the framework below.

The process of Learning for Life stems from the cross learning and initiation of community-centered service projects by the Inspirational Leaders. The broad stages of LLP are Experience, Expansion and Empowerment.

The leadership trainings anchor on The Student Leadership Challenge (https://www.leadershipchallenge.com/home.aspx) , focusing on 5 Practices and 10 Commitments. Details of training aspects are shown below.
